Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AmanahKu, an HR and work management app operated by Unijaya Resources Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). By signing in or creating an account, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use AmanahKu.
Who can use AmanahKu
AmanahKu is for companies and the people they invite. If you create a company account, you confirm you are allowed to do so on that company's behalf. If your company invited you, your company decides what you can see and do in the app.
Your account
- Keep your password private and do not share your account.
- You are responsible for what is done through your account.
- Tell your company's HR, or us, straight away if you think someone else has used it.
Using the app properly
You agree not to:
- enter information you know is false, such as fake claims, attendance or timesheets;
- look at or change information you have not been given access to;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you have no right to share;
- try to break, overload or get around the app's security.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.
Your data and your company's data
Information you and your company put into AmanahKu belongs to your company, and to you where it is about you. We use it only to run the app, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Connected services
Some features, such as Google Calendar, connect to services run by other companies. Their own terms also apply when you use them. You can disconnect them at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep AmanahKu running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may add, change or remove features over time. Important numbers such as payroll and statutory contributions should be checked by the responsible person in your company before they are relied on.
Limits of our responsibility
AmanahKu is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by information entered incorrectly, by misuse of an account, or by services outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Malaysian law that cannot be removed.
Ending use
You may stop using AmanahKu at any time. Your company can remove your access, for example when you leave. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use AmanahKu after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
